When to use it: coastal listings, larger homes where curb appeal matters, properties with great architecture but mediocre weather on shoot day. We typically recommend one or two twilight shots — the cover shot and one secondary exterior.

Vacant homes sit longer on market — buyers can't picture themselves in the space. Virtual staging fills empty rooms with furniture, art, rugs, and lighting that's visually appropriate to the home's price point and style. The result reads like a furnished home photograph; the disclosure language on the listing is the only giveaway.

When to use it: any vacant home, new construction, or listings where the existing furniture isn't doing the seller any favors. We stage the rooms that drive the buyer decision first — living room, primary bedroom, dining area.

Lawn Replacement · $35 / image

Patchy yard? Made green.

The cheapest, most underused add-on we offer. Florida lawns have a habit of looking brown, patchy, or seasonally dormant — none of which sells the listing. Lawn replacement gives the home the bright, healthy green it would have had in May.

When to use it: any exterior or aerial shot where the grass isn't doing the seller any favors. Especially useful in winter listings, drought conditions, or new construction with sod that hasn't filled in yet.

Can I order add-ons after the shoot is delivered?

Yes — that's actually how most agents use them. You see the delivered gallery, decide the cover shot would land harder at twilight, and order it as an add-on. Same 48-hour turnaround.

Do you require a special MLS disclosure for virtual staging?

Yes — every virtually staged image includes a small "virtually staged" caption that satisfies MLS rules in Okaloosa, Walton, and Santa Rosa counties. You may also want to add a line to the listing description; we recommend "select images virtually staged."

Will buyers be able to tell?

Modern virtual staging and twilight are photo-real. If you compare them carefully against the original, you can see the edit; at a casual scroll-by on Zillow, they read as authentic. The point isn't to deceive — it's to give the listing a fair chance against staged-and-shot competitors.

How many add-on images should I order per listing?

For twilight: 1–2 (cover shot + one secondary). For virtual staging: 3–5 (living room, primary bedroom, dining, and optionally an office or secondary bedroom). For lawn: usually 1–3 exterior shots where the lawn is visible.

Can I order add-ons without a full shoot?

If we shot the original images, yes. If you have photos from another photographer or your phone, we generally don't take those on — the source quality has to be high enough for the edit to look clean.

Do you offer item removal or other Photoshop edits?

Minor edits (remove a stray cord, fix a slightly tilted picture, adjust window haze) are included in the standard editing pass at no extra charge. Larger structural removals (a major piece of furniture, a vehicle in the driveway) we'll quote on request.
