A photographer who knows the Milton market.
Milton and Pace anchor Santa Rosa County's inland market. Buyers shopping Pace are usually shopping it intentionally — established suburban subdivisions, larger lots than the coast offers, and a strong family-residential character. The market here is dominated by primary residences and significant military relocation traffic out of NAS Whiting Field in Milton.
Since 2020 we've shot 80+ listings across Milton and Pace. The work skews mid-market — a $350,000 family home in a Pace subdivision is the canonical shoot — and the photography emphasizes livability, family-friendly framing, and clear room scale.
What this market needs
NAS Whiting Field PCS cycles drive volume. NAS Whiting Field PCS rotations affect Milton and Pace timing. March–September is peak buyer season; listings shot in late winter / early spring consistently outperform late-summer listings.
Drone is mostly clear. NAS Whiting Field creates a localized airspace concern in central Milton, but most of Pace and outlying Milton are fully drone-flyable. We file LAANC authorizations where needed.
Larger lots are common in Pace. Pace's newer subdivisions tend toward quarter-acre and larger lots. Aerial drone shots that show the full lot and neighborhood context add real value for relocating buyers who can't visit in person.
Drive time is the longest in our service area. Milton is about 50 minutes from Crestview, Pace slightly less. We don't add a travel fee, but Santa Rosa County slots release on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so we can batch trips efficiently.
